Booking Lessons

Trial & Casual Lessons:

To book a trial or casual lesson, simply get in touch via email.

We’ll find a suitable time in the week and lock in a session that works for both schedules.

Ongoing Lessons:

If you’re ready to begin ongoing lessons, we’ll coordinate a regular weekly time that suits your schedule.

Once confirmed, your lesson schedule will be added to our system and you’ll receive access to the student portal, where you can:

• View upcoming lessons

• Access billing and payment information

Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled in ongoing lessons, please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy. Full details are available are below.

How to Pay

Payments are managed in two ways:

1) Weekly Direct Debit

Payments are automatically processed from your nominated card on the morning of each scheduled lesson.

This is the most seamless option and ensures everything runs smoothly without manual payments.

2) Monthly Invoicing

Invoices for upcoming lessons are issued on the 1st of each month.

Both options can be managed through the student portal.

Teacher Absences

Teacher's Absence:

As a working professional musician, there may be times when Ben is away performing or working in the industry. In these cases, as much notice as possible will be given, and lessons will resume as normal upon return.

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand for ongoing lesson times, consistent attendance is expected throughout the term.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

Cancellation Notice

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson.

With sufficient notice, a make-up lesson may be offered, subject to availability within the term.

No Shows & Late Cancellations

Less than 24 hours notice or missed lessons will result in the lesson being forfeited.

No refunds are issued for missed lessons.

Exceptions

In cases of sudden illness or emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Ben.

Make Up Lessons

Where available, make-up lessons must be used within the current term.

Available times will be offered where possible, however they are subject to scheduling availability.

Any unused make-up lessons will expire at the end of the term.

Please note that unused makeup credits are forfeited with no refund. Ensure they are utilised before the term concludes.
